Efter att vi tagit emot er bokning faktureras ni för bokningen. 

• Grundavgift, ev avgift för medutställare i samma monter och värdet av monterytan faktureras efter orderbekräftelse.
• Värdet av monterinredning, ev tilläggsbeställningar och extra monterpersonal faktureras efter mässan.

Betalning ska vara mässarrangören tillhanda senast 20 (tjugo) dagar från fakturadatum på utställd faktura. Vid utebliven betalning debiteras en påminnelseavgift om 100 kronor samt dröjsmålsränta motsvarande referensränta plus åtta procent. Samtliga priser är exkl moms.

Ev invändningar mot fakturan skall vara mässarrangören tillhanda senast 10 (tio) dagar efter fakturadatum.

Vid beställning av montermöbler mm som görs samma dag eller dagen före mässdagen läggs 25 procent på priset.

• Fram till 45 dagar före mässan debiteras 25 procent av den totala kostnaden.
• Fram till 30 dagar före mässan debiteras 50 procent av den totala kostnaden.
• Från 21 dagar före mässan debiteras 100 procent av monterkostnaden.
• Vid avbeställning av monterinredning som innefattar tjänster där hela eller någon del har specialanpassats eller tillverkats för er, tex snickerier, debiteras 100 procent av värdet av dessa tjänster enligt beställningen.

Monteryta och placering

Solmässan äger rätt att vid behov ändra placering av anvisad monteryta, justera storleken (dock aldrig till en mindre yta än den beställda), justera monterväggarnas utformning och andra justeringar som Solmässan anser är nödvändiga. Eventuella invändningar mot denna typ av ändringar ska inkomma till Solmässan inom fjorton (14) dagar från det att ni mottagit besked härom, annars ligger ändringen fast. 

Fotografering

Bilder som är tagna från våra mässor kan komma att publiceras på mässans webbplats, sociala nätverk och tryckt material där Solmässan publicerar material. Det är respektive utställares ansvar att samtycke till fotografering av den egna monterpersonalen finns.

Medutställare 

Som utställare på Solmässan kan ni boka in medutställare mot en avgift. Önskar ni överlåta montern till er medutställare, kontakta Solmässans arrangörer. Ni ansvarar gentemot Solmässan för era medutställares samtliga förehavanden och skyldigheter av vilket slag de än må vara.

Force majeure

Om omständigheter sker som är utom vår kontroll eller vid för få bokningar som förhindrar att mässan genomförs, berättigar det oss att häva avtalet utan skyldighet att utge skadestånd. Ingen debitering för avbokning utgår i dessa fall och fakturor för monterbokning som betalats återbetalas.

• The fee per stand, eventual fee for co-exhibitors in the same stand and the value of the stand area are invoiced after order confirmation.
• The value of stand furnishings, any additional orders and extra stand staff will be invoiced after the fair.

After we have received your booking, you will be invoiced for the booking. Payment must be received by Sustainacon Sweden AB or MaFalls AB within 20 days from the invoice date on the issued invoice. In the event of non-payment, you will be charged a reminder fee of SEK 100 and late payment interest corresponding to the reference interest rate plus eight percent. All prices are exclusive of VAT. 

Any objections to the invoice must reach the fair organizer no later than 10 (ten) days after the invoice date.

When ordering stand furniture etc. on the same day or the day before the fair, 25 percent is added to the price.

• In case of cancellation up to 45 days before the fair, 25 percent of the total stand cost is charged.
• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the fair, 50 percent of the total stand cost is charged.
• In case of cancellation less than 21 days before the fair, 100 percent of the total stand cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation of stand furnishings that include services where all or some part has been specially adapted or manufactured for you, e.g. carpentry, 100 percent of the value of these services will be charged according to the order.

Stand area and location

Solmässan reserves the right, if necessary, to change the location of the assigned stand area, adjust the size (but never to a smaller area than the one ordered), adjust the design of the stand walls and other adjustments that Solmässan deems necessary. Any objections to this type of change must be submitted to Solmässan within fourteen (14) days from the time you received notification of this, otherwise the change is permanent.

Photographing

Pictures taken from our fairs may be published on the fair’s website, social networks and printed material where Solmässan publishes material. It is the responsibility of the respective exhibitor that consent to photography of their own stand staff is available.

Co-exhibitor

As an exhibitor at Solmässan, you can book co-exhibitors for a fee. If you wish to hand over the stand to your co-exhibitor, contact the organizers of the Solmässan. You are responsible towards Solmässan for all actions and obligations of your co-exhibitors, of whatever kind they may be.

Force majeure

If circumstances occur that are beyond our control or in the case of too few bookings that prevent the fair from taking place, this entitles us to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages. No charge for cancellation will be issued in these cases and invoices for booth booking that have been paid will be refunded.
